Cyberpeace will respond to the data subject’s request after verifying identity with an official ID (voter ID, passport, military card, or driver's license), presenting a copy and the original for verification. If acting on behalf of another person, a public document or power of attorney signed by two witnesses must be submitted.

Any other information that facilitates locating the data
If no address is provided for the response, the request will be considered as not submitted, and a formal note will be issued accordingly.

Cyberpeace will respond within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of receipt or after any additional information is provided. If the request is accepted, it will be fulfilled within the following 15 days. These periods may be extended once, for an equal amount of time, if justified.

Responses may be delivered by email or in writing, at the choice of the data subject, and may be provided in electronic form, printed copies, or verbally at the Cyberpeace office.
