CYBERPEACE’s office is equipped with a video surveillance system. By entering our premises, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded by our security cameras. The recorded images will be used for the following purposes:

Monitoring individuals visiting our facilities
Safeguarding CYBERPEACE’s property
Providing video and audio to competent authorities upon formal and lawful request

With whom do we share your personal data and for what purposes?

We inform you that your personal data will not be shared with any individual, companies, organizations, or authorities other than us, except as provided in Article 37 of the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

How can you access, rectify, or cancel your personal data, or object to its use?

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of use (Access). You also have the right to request correction if your personal data is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); request deletion when you believe it is not being used according to legal principles (Cancellation); and object to its use for specific purposes, including automated processing that significantly affects your rights (Objection). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

The data subject may request access, rectification, cancellation, or objection by submitting a written request to Cyberpeace’s Data Department at:

Cyberpeace will respond to the data subject’s request after verifying identity with an official ID (voter ID, passport, military card, or driver's license), presenting a copy and the original for verification. If acting on behalf of another person, a public document or power of attorney signed by two witnesses must be submitted.

Every request must include:

Full name and address (or another means) to communicate the response
Documents proving identity or legal representation
A clear and precise description of the personal data concerned
Any other information that facilitates locating the data

If no address is provided for the response, the request will be considered as not submitted, and a formal note will be issued accordingly.

Cyberpeace will respond within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of receipt or after any additional information is provided. If the request is accepted, it will be fulfilled within the following 15 days. These periods may be extended once, for an equal amount of time, if justified.

Responses may be delivered by email or in writing, at the choice of the data subject, and may be provided in electronic form, printed copies, or verbally at the Cyberpeace office.

How can you revoke your consent for the use of your personal data?

You may revoke your consent at any time by submitting a request via email to contacto@cyberpeace.tech. However, please note that in some cases we may not be able to immediately cease the use of your data if required by law, and in some cases, revocation may result in us no longer being able to provide you with the service requested.

How can you limit the use or disclosure of your personal data?

To limit the use and disclosure of your personal data, you may:

Register in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP), managed by PROFECO (Federal Consumer Protection Agency), to prevent your data from being used to receive promotions. Visit PROFECO’s website for more information.
