What purposes will we use your personal data for?

The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes:

Primary purpose:

Recruitment to fill job vacancies

Video surveillance system and your personal image

CYBERPEACE offices have a video surveillance system. By entering our facilities, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded by our security cameras. The images captured will be used for the following purposes:

Monitoring visitors to our premises
Safeguarding CYBERPEACE property
Providing video and audio recordings to competent authorities, upon lawful and justified request

With whom do we share your personal information and for what purposes?

We inform you that your personal data will not be shared with any individuals, companies, organizations, or authorities other than us, except in the cases provided for in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

How can you access, rectify, or cancel your personal data, or object to its use?

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and under what conditions (Access). Likewise, you have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to have it deleted from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with legal principles, duties, and obligations (Cancellation); as well as to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes, including automated processing that may significantly affect your rights (Objection) (Requirement LFPDPPP 2025, Article 26). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

You may also submit a written request to the Data Department at Cyberpeace, at: Cyberpeace Corporate Office, Av. Morelos 178 C 1, Colonia Centro, Zip Code 62000, Cuernavaca, Morelos, monday to friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or via email to: contacto@cyberpeace.tech

Cyberpeace will respond to the requests of the Data Subject upon proof of identity with an official ID (voter ID with photo, passport, military ID, or driver's license), by presenting a simple copy and showing the original for verification. In the case of a representative acting on behalf of the data subject, a public document or a power of attorney signed before two witnesses must be presented.

To be processed, every request must include and be accompanied by the following:

The name of the data subject and address (or another method) to communicate the response to the request
Documents proving identity or, where applicable, legal representation of the data subject
A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which the ARCO rights are to be exercised, and the specific right being exercised
Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data

If no address is provided to receive the response, the request will be deemed not submitted, and a relevant notice will be issued.

Cyberpeace will respond within twenty (20) business days from the date the request is received, or from the date the missing information is provided. If the request is accepted, the corresponding action will be carried out within the following fifteen (15) days. These timeframes may be extended once for an equal period when justified.

The response will be delivered, at the choice of the data subject, via email or in written form when personally collected at Cyberpeace's offices. The response may be reproduced in electronic documents, simple copies, or verbally.

The data subject also has the right to revoke their consent for the processing of their data at any time. To do so, they must submit a request meeting the outlined requirements, so that Cyberpeace can carry out the described procedure.

In the event that Cyberpeace needs to use your personal data for purposes other than those agreed upon or established by the legal relationship with the data subject, you will be notified in writing, by telephone, electronically, or by any optical, sound, visual, or other means that technology allows now or in the future, explaining the new intended uses of your information in order to obtain your consent.

With this Privacy Notice, the data subject is duly informed about the data collected and its purposes, and agrees to the terms provided in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations.

How can you revoke your consent for the use of your personal data?

You may revoke the consent you have granted us for the processing of your personal data. However, please note that in some cases we may not be able to comply with your request immediately or cease the use of your data, as we may need to continue processing it due to legal obligations. Additionally, the revocation of your consent for certain purposes may result in our inability to continue providing the service you requested or the termination of your relationship with us.
