We inform you that your personal data will not be shared with any third parties, individuals, companies, organizations, or authorities, except in cases covered by Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of use (Access). Likewise, you have the right to request correction if your personal information is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to have it removed from our records or databases if it is not being used in accordance with the law (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes, including automated processing that significantly affects your rights (Objection). These rights are known as ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection) (Requirement LFPDPPP 2025, Art. 26).

The data subject has the right to request access, rectification, cancellation, or objection to the processing of their data by submitting a written request to the Cyberpeace Data Department at:

Cyberpeace will respond to the data subject’s request once their identity has been verified through official identification (e.g., voter ID with photo, passport, military card, or driver’s license), presented in a simple copy and the original for verification. If acting on behalf of another person, a public document or power of attorney signed before two witnesses must be presented.

All requests must include and be accompanied by the following:

The data subject’s name and address (or other means) to receive a response.

Documents proving the data subject’s identity or, where applicable, legal representation.

A clear and precise description of the personal data for which the rights are being exercised, and which right is being asserted.

If the data subject fails to provide an address to receive a response, the request will be deemed not submitted, and a relevant record will be issued.

Cyberpeace will have 20 (twenty) business days, from the date the request is received or from the date additional required information is provided, to inform the data subject whether the request is accepted. If accepted, it will be carried out within 15 days thereafter. These periods may be extended once, for an equal period, if justified.

Responses to requests will be delivered, at the data subject’s choice, by email or in writing when the person visits the Cyberpeace office, and may be reproduced in electronic documents, paper copies, or provided verbally.
